- Information, not promises. Site content, calculators and demos are general guidance — not quotes, guarantees or professional advice.
- AI can be wrong. Check important AI answers before you act on them.
- Use it fairly. No misuse, scraping or attempts to break our AI tools.
- Contracts come first. Paid projects follow your signed agreement.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and RacksonsIT AI Tech about your use of our website, including its AI chat assistant, live chat, impact calculator, chatbot demos, forms and content (together, the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
How we handle personal data is explained separately in our Privacy Policy.
2. Website content is informational
- Service descriptions, blog posts, timelines, pricing guidance and examples are general information and may change without notice.
- Calculators and estimates (such as time or cost savings) are illustrative, based on the inputs you enter and typical assumptions. Actual results depend on your data, processes and adoption.
- Case studies describe past or representative work. Where a case study is marked as a sample, it illustrates a typical outcome rather than a specific verified client result. Past results don't guarantee future results.
- Nothing on the Site is a binding offer. A project is only agreed when we both sign a proposal, statement of work or contract.
3. AI assistant & AI outputs
AI is powerful but imperfect. By using our AI chat assistant, chatbot demos or any AI-generated content on the Site, you understand that:
- You are interacting with an automated system unless a message is clearly labelled as from the RacksonsIT Team.
- AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and can sound confident even when wrong. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice.
- Prices, timelines and commitments mentioned by the AI assistant are not binding. Only a written proposal from our team is.
- Check before you rely on it. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before using them, especially for decisions that affect people, money, health, safety or legal rights.
- Similar outputs: AI may produce similar responses for different users; outputs are not guaranteed to be unique.
- Demos are demos. Chatbot and product demos on the Site use sample scenarios and data and may behave differently from a production system built for you.
4. Acceptable use
When using the Site, including the chat and forms, you agree not to:
- Break any law, or infringe anyone's privacy, intellectual property or other rights.
- Submit content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, defamatory or harassing, or that contains malware.
- Submit content you don't have the right to share, or that belongs to someone else without their permission.
- Try to manipulate, "jailbreak" or prompt-inject the AI assistant, extract its instructions or underlying data, or use it to generate harmful content.
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest the Site or its content, or use it to train or benchmark AI models, without our written permission.
- Send spam or automated, bulk or fake submissions, or bypass rate limits or security controls.
- Interfere with, overload or attempt unauthorised access to the Site, our admin areas, or our integrations.
- Impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your connection with RacksonsIT.
We may block messages, end chats, or restrict access if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.
5. Content you submit
You keep ownership of the ideas, project descriptions, files and messages you submit through the Site. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that content only to respond to you and to scope or deliver the work you ask for. Sharing an idea with us before a contract does not create a partnership or an obligation on either side; if you need confidentiality before discussing details, ask us to sign a non-disclosure agreement first.
6. Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, design, graphics, logos, code, product names (such as QuoteSnap AI) and the AI assistant, belongs to RacksonsIT AI Tech or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to Site pages for personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, republish or commercially exploit Site content without our written permission.
7. Client engagements
If you hire us, your signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement governs the project — including scope, fees, payment terms, ownership of deliverables, acceptance, support and warranties. If those documents conflict with these terms, the signed agreement wins. Unless agreed otherwise in writing:
- Quotes are valid for 30 days and cover only the scope described in them; changes in scope may change price and timeline.
- AI systems are probabilistic: we design, test and tune them for your use case, but cannot guarantee a specific accuracy level on every input.
- You remain responsible for business decisions made using AI systems we build, and for keeping a person in the loop where outcomes matter.
- Third-party AI models, APIs and cloud platforms used in a solution have their own terms, pricing and availability, which may change outside our control.
8. Third-party services & links
Links and buttons that take you to other websites or apps are provided for convenience. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, availability or conduct; when you use them, their own terms apply.
9. Disclaimers
The Site and all content, tools and AI outputs on it are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties — express or implied — that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any content or AI output is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RacksonsIT AI Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site, its content or its AI outputs. Our total liability relating to the Site is limited to ₹10,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for paid services is set out in your client agreement.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify RacksonsIT AI Tech against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Site or AI tools, or content you submit that infringes someone else's rights.
12. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000. We'll first try to resolve any dispute informally — please email us. If that fails, the courts of Maharashtra, India will have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Changes & contact
We may update these terms as our services, AI capabilities or the law change. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated terms. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
